Forming Peacemakers.
Telos forms communities of peacemakers across lines of difference, and equip them to help reconcile seemingly intractable conflicts at home and abroad. This 2 day gathering at the United States Institute of Peace in Washington, DC gathered a curated audience of friends, partners and advocates of the work of the Telos Group at home and abroad. Powerful ideas merged with compelling stories through keynotes, round table reflection and discussion.
A clean slate
Leaning into the metaphor of a blank slate to address deep, complex issues of division and conflict, we designed and built a custom white stage, which served as the canvas for new ideas to be sketched in the room and the minds of each attendee. Peace is possible.
Let the room speak
In the storied, pristine architecture of the USIP, we wanted to get out of the way and bring an elegance and simplicity to the environment and experience. Restraint and minimalism won the day in a room with this much storied history and beauty.
