Practicing the Way
Starting something new, 20 years in the making.
For 2 decades, John Mark Comer was leading churches in one of the most secular cities in the world. Practicing the Way was born out of that experience - as an invitation to consider what it may mean to follow the way of Jesus within this cultural moment.
Something old, new again
After a 5+ year journey working out a “Curriculum for Christlikeness” at Bridgetown, Practicing the Way was born with a vision of seeding ancient ideas around Spiritual Formation to the wider western church. Practices, a Rule of Life and a simpler, slower way of life.
Invite people to slow down, pay attention and ask deeper questions
We were privileged to partner in developing a brand expression that could be wide and flexible enough to hold a growing body of resources, subtly nod toward the depth of the ideas on offer — but do so with simplicity, elegance and beauty. What emerged was a brand system that offers subtle nods toward the ideas of modern saints, fumbling their way toward the light — each responding to the invitation to Practice the Way. What a joy to be on the journey with the C+S team, bringing these ideas into a beautiful reality.
